Copy and paste it into word.

Your question is not clear. If you are interested to write somethig on a picture, you can use ACDSee 9.0 or Adobe Photoshop CS2 or some other version as well. But if you are interested to edit some picture using Microsoft Word application, that's not so possible...

left mouse click on picture. Go to Edit Menu click on Edit picture.



or Click left mouse button on picture and Click Right Mouse Button on picture go to Edit Picture
