Internet Download Manager problem help plz ?

Question

I've been using Internet download manager for a while now but last night my computer updated and My internet browser looks a bit different. I use IE 8. And noe when I download things I dont have the option of using IDM, (internet download manager. Help plz. :)

Hi, have you tried checking if you have browser integration option enabled?



dowdnloads -> options -> general tab -> tick: 'Run module for.....' and 'Use advanced browser integration' and 'Internet Explorer'

if you dont like the windows 8(i dont ) because it changed things,go to your start ,search box and type in system restore and choose the last date b4 the windows update to restore to.when it is done,go to the windows update menu and where it says important updates and change the settings to "i will install updates " since by default ,it chooses for you.then when the next time it downloads the windows 8 update,it will ask if youd like to update it.

Reinstall IDM. I would suggest you to use FDM.
