Where do I find the windows 7 professional activation key?

I have a 32bit windows 7 professional installation disc and didnt know i needed an activation key until after installing it. Now that its already installed how can i get an activation key? i know i need to buy one but can i jsut purchase the anytime upgrade for windows professional or do i have to buy the full installation kit. I really dont want to spend 200$ when i already have it installed on my computer. thanks

However when I started the process, I found that Microsoft doesn't sell keys for Windows 7 anymore. I certainly didn't want to update

my entire OS to Windows 8.1 Pro. The only option I had was to find a vendor that still had Windows 7 Pro licenses in-stock. I found

several sites that listed Windows 7 Pro, but most of them had the same message "Out of Stock".

windows 8 is lighter and faster. Performance wise, everything is better.

This was already shown last year with the original 8 benchmarks.

Security is better. Better search function, better task manager, refreshing/resetting windows is easier.

Haven't had any issues with anything yet. There's a lot of things better.

The only thing people don't like is the ui changes which is easy to learn anyways.

If you have 7, I can't really say it's worth $200 to upgrade. But for a new rig then I'd say to get 8.

to the one who has 7, you can refer to oggus com, they may help you upgrade to 8 at a low cost. my friend recommended me this site, but i have not tried.

should just find the iso operating system (I have downloaded from the Microsoft site, I do not know if is also easy for Windows 8), the site provides links but I think probably not in French.

Purchasing a key was a lot cheaper then buying a new product. I already had MS Win 7 but lost the key. I downloaded a ISO from Microsoft, burned it to DVD and installed with the provided key.
