Hi,
i am doing a translation. In the column B, the english strings are written and i have to write the translated words in the column C. Its like row 1 of B and row 1 of C have to be same. Now, i found out that the sentence in column B is so long that it has continued to column C. Now when i try to write in that row of column B, the english sentence is getting erased. I can't let that happen. Can you help me fix this? I have to write in that row, i can't change or skip any rows.

1. expand the column by double clicking on column divider at the top (between A & B or B & C). it will expand the cells horizontally.

2. right click on cell (cells) --> format cells-->alignment-->wrap text (select the checkbox)-->OK. it will expand the cells vertically.

U can use both as per ur requirment.

Click on the upper left corner of the Excel, just left side of the column "A" and just Upper of Row "1"

OR

click anywhere on the sheet and press "Ctrl + A". Whole sheet will be highlighted. Now take your mouse pointer on the line of any two columns, your mouse pointer will turn its shape into TWO SIDED ARROW just double click on that moment. Space of your cells will be justified to according to your data in any cell.
