How to stop predictive text in Outlook?

When I use outlook for emails it is continually using predictions that I don't want such as 't' for tabbing across, 'u' for underscore etc. I have tried all the options possible in the menu bars but cannot get it to stop doing it. Is there something I am missing? I am fairly fast at typing and it is so frustrating.
