Xilisoft Ultimate video converter (Preview Video)?

Hi,

My Xilisoft converter, video preview window/box (At the bottom left corner).
Shows only a black screen when i'm playing a video, the sound is working thou.

Pls help!

after downloading it there will be a file called "any video converter pro"



inside there will be 3 files: instructions, the crack folder, and the installation program



run the installation program and install it



now go to the crack folder and there will be a program



install it and after that's done there MIGHT will be 2 new desktop icons



1 is the original and the other is the PRO version

You don't say whether this has always been the case or whether it's something that's just started happening. I too use Xilisoft to convert movies, but I use DVD Flick to create DVDs as this is a no-nonsense program and it's free.

Well, it seems the problem of auido/video sync.
