No, it's at the discretion of the establishment to disallow access a site using their material or even further on their ground. There is a way to access "anything" from a restricted network, however it's against rules and technically also law.

Nope. Some sites do slip through the network but they will be found within the school year when a growing population of the school starts using them. The best games website for school is coolmath.com because it has pretty decent games and it's approved by all school internet systems.

Yes. All the proxies you try should be blocked by your school. That is because most schools use content blocking software. It blocks new proxies 98% of the time because of their content (that they are a proxy), not because of the web address.

You are in school to learn not to watch youtube etc so they can block what they want too. you are the student they are the teachers. you watch youtube on your own time not when your meant to be learning. period

Use a VPN or TOR or download the games and put them on a usb drive and run them from usb
