java msi is corrupt cant download java?

so long story short i unintstalled java and tried to install it again this time it didnt let me install it when i go to the install wizard it tells me the following error message downloaded file c;users/MYname/appdata/locallow/sun/java/jre1.7.0_45-45-c,msi is corrupt this is really frusturating no matter how i download it wether its the offline version or the other it doesnt work please show me a detailed solution to my issue step by step it would be much apreciated.

1. clean your computer's registry first with this CCleaner -- http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

2. use the java offline installer from this link -- http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre

In most cases, you will only need to install the 32-bit version unless you use a 64-bit browser like the one that IE has.

then install it again
