Why cant i download flash player 10?

Question

When i try to download flash player 10 a link says "to help protect your security,Internet explorer has stopped this site from installing an ActiveX control on your computer. click here for options..." the site says click"install ActiveX control..." but then it says then it says "windows has blocked because they cant verify the ppublisher.It says the name is gp.cab and the ppublisheris unknown ppublisher?? plzzzzz help.

Remove flash player and Re-install it

download the stand alone flash installer here

close IE then install flash player.
