sure, try this..

Press Windows+R key, and you'll enter the "Run" function.

Enter this in:~

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

and system restore should appear, good luck.

If unable to do the above then press ctrl+alt+del

Click file > run

and you can repeat the steps..

Check the task manager and see if explorer.exe is running. It could be a corrupted install. Boot in safe mode by repeatedly pressing F8 when you turn the computer on until you see the boot screen. Did you install anything right before it started messing up? I'm not sure if you can System Restore from Safe Mode, but it would make sense.. So try it.

try this.. there's alot of steps..

press ctrl+alt+delete..

press all those at the same time.. that'll open task manager.

click on "new task.." at the bottom.. there you're gonna manually search for system restore.. what you do is go into your main drive.. it'll be marked something like "windows(c:)" ..or something similar to that.. select that and there's a folder inside named "WINDOWS"... open that.. inside of that folder.... there's a folder named "System32" ...click on that.. there's alot of files in that folder and you shouldn't move or change any of them... you'll have to do some looking but there's an application in there named "rstrui.exe" or maybe just "rstrui".. ..click on that..

then just hit "ok" and then you're in system restore!

Try booting into safe mode by restarting your computer and pressing F8 repeatedly.

This may allow you to get where you need to.

Have you tried putting your computer into safe mode, ( F8 when you turn computer on) You might be able to access it that way .
