Is there any easy way to convert WAV files into WMP files?

When I record sound on my MP4 or camera, it's in WAV format, but the only files I can put on my MP4 are WMP or MP3 files. Is there any easy way (i.e. without the use of technical equipment) that I can convert WAV files into WMP files on my computer?

easy. U do not have to use any technical equipment but you have to download a software to convert.

Type 'convert wav mp3 freeware' in google and choose a program to convert your files. Lots of such freeware around
