Microsoft Windows XP Help !! Plz?

Question

my problem is i have a GE HO98063 EasyCam and i lost the installation CD because we moved to a different house. when i plug the webcam it says i need CIF Single Chip. i have no clue where to find that and i almost looked all over google if i could find it but so far nothing. i guess i need a hardware/driver for a pc webcam too or is that what CIF Single Chip is for ? i did find some programs(example:Basic WebCam) but when i install it, when is halfway done a message pops up saying ...

has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.

My computer just got fixed and everything got reseted so im trying to avoid bad things for my PC.
if i install this will it actually give my pc a problem immediately or in the future ??? plz let me know if i should just install it or if i shouldn't ?? and if i do what damages will it do ??

Also can someone help me find a Hardware/driver for my webcam thats is good for windows XP and should not give me any problems.

Normally passing or not passing Window signature does not matter much but risk is there!

hi chum... MS workplace is a separate equipment that is not coated in dwelling house windows xp..you may desire to installation this utility for utilizing... while you're already put in then goto "start up>all classes >Microsoft workplace" gud luk dude
