I have been trying to use Windows Movie Maker (2) to make AMVs, I add my video clips to the timeline, and then I try to add audio to the timeline, but every time I move the audio from the "collection" screen to the timeline after a few seconds it gives me a error report "We appologize but windows movie maker has encountered a problem and must shut down". This didn't happen before, and I've tryed importing every possiblr type of audio from every possible sorce, it gives the same eroor for all. As soon as I try to add it to the timeline it gives me an error report and shuts down!!! HELP!

I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I have the same problem when I try to load a clip. People have told me to download Movie Maker again, but I can't make it work properly. If you can, try that.

First, likely broken index of your document. attempt repairing or changing till now employing it. 2nd action picture Maker isn't a good determination in any respect. 0.33, you're probably employing one in all those formats which will nicely be the two audio or video, this from time to time reasons such problems. Forth, make particular the codec required for the format put in on your laptop is nice.

Yeah, um, Windows Movie Maker is a really bad program.

If anything, try saving your movie before you make any additions.
