On my desktop there is a text which cant be closed or pushed saying:

You may be victim of software counterfeiting.
This copy of Windows did not pass genuine Windows validation.

And there is a Genuine Microsoft software box.

HOW DO I GET THIS AWAY?

Also: When I want to put a desktop wallpaper it disappears within 10-15min.

go to softpedia i saw a program on there called remove wga that might work.

Remove WGA is a small tool that will check if the Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications Tool is installed on a computer system which is a tool created by Microsoft to check if a Windows operating system is genuine. What many users do not understand is that the check if an operating system is genuine is executed at every system boot. One would think that a sporadic check or one initial check would be enough. Apparently not as the tool checks the operating system at every boot and connects to a Microsoft server to exchange data.

It should also be noted that the Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications Tool is different from the Windows Genuine Advantage Validation tool. The former is only used to exchange data with a Microsoft server while the latter will perform the validation itself.

Remove WGA will only remove the Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications Tool if the tool is running on the computer system and only if the user selects so.

remove wga

The Remove WGA software program scans the computer system and report its findings back to the user. It will tell the user if the Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications Tool is active on the computer system. To be precise it will check if wgalogon.dll is loaded into the winlogon.exe process.

Remove WGA will provide the means to remove the Microsoft WGA Notification Tool from the system which will essentially remove wgatray.exe and wgalogon.dll. A click on yes will remove the wga notification tool.

The tool is only available for download on various download portals.

If you purchased the PC from a reputable retailer then you need to contact Microsoft and speak to them about resolving your issue as your license key has been flagged as potentially pirated, as long as you have a valid license they will help you out. If the PC was purchased second-hand or custom built then it may have a pirated copy of Windows installed, if so you will need to purchase a valid license for the PC from MS. Last I checked you can actually get a decently discounted price on a license key if you have been the victim of someone selling pirated copies of Windows.

Microsoft is telling you that either you have

(a) a pirated copy of Windows (illegally downloaded) or

(b) a copy that was originally genuine, but has already been used on another computer.

The solution is to enter a valid Product Key or purchase a copy of Windows

It will add a mark to your motherboards's DMI to make it seem like it is a Hewlett Packard original mobo and then it will use an HP product key that will activate and pass the Windows Geniune Advantage test.

I do not condone piracy, it is illegal to use this application and you are using this under your responsibility.

Your version of Windows wasn't legally put on your computer. Buy the genuine copy of Windows.

If your copy of Windows is indeed genuine, meaning you have bought it legally together with a valid license, call Microsoft. You might be needing your official receipt and certificate of authenticity.
